Nominations For a Clear Comfort AOP Donation Are Open For Aquatic Facilities That Care for Their Communities

Louisville, Colorado – Nominations are now open for the Clear Comfort Cares Program, which honors remarkable organizations and facilities that use pools or spas to make a difference in their communities. The winner will receive a Clear Comfort AOP water treatment system donation to provide healthier, cleaner and more enjoyable swimming environments to those in need. To nominate a facility, please visit clearcomfort.com/cares-program.

The Latest Recipient

In March 2021, the Clear Comfort Cares Program recognized the Williams YMCA of Avery County for the significant contributions its aquatic facility provides the community. With Clear Comfort’s AOP (Advanced Oxidation) system donation, the YMCA of Avery County is delivering the best, healthiest and freshest swimming environment for its inclusive aquatic programs that promote safety, fitness and overall well-being.

“We are very honored to be the selected recipient,” said Hannah Taber of the Williams YMCA of Avery County. “Giving our members a fresh, clean, healthy swimming environment will allow us to spend more time on our programs and activities and less time on the water.”

Duffield Aquatics, Inc., a commercial pool service provider that has served its communities for over 48 years, has generously agreed to donate its services to install the Clear Comfort AOP system at the Williams YMCA of Avery County.

The Giving Continues

Clear Comfort is proud to announce another round of nominations has opened. As restrictions are lifted, Clear Comfort will give back to another facility or organization that uses aquatic programs to help its community.

Clear Comfort Cares Program nominations will be accepted until June 25, 2021, and the winning recipient will be notified by June 29, 2021. Anyone can nominate an aquatic facility by filling out the form on clearcomfort.com/cares-program

“As our communities are reopening, we want to continue the tradition of giving that we established during the pandemic,” said Steve Berens, CEO of Clear Comfort. “We are proud to be making an impact on facilities providing truly essential services to their communities in need.”

The nominated aquatics facility or organization’s aquatic programs must be specifically designed to use water as a tool for physical health, safety, rehabilitating or healing its community members. The Clear Comfort AOP system donation is meant to enhance the quality of the water in which these special aquatics programs will be provided.

A Team Effort

With Clear Comfort’s award-winning AOP, the winning aquatic facility or organization can provide swimmers and staff with the best, freshest and healthiest water and air quality with up to 90 percent reduction of harmful disinfection by-products. In addition, Clear Comfort’s AOP is third-party proven to safely reduce toxic chemical use and eliminate dangerous, chlorine-resistant microorganisms such as Cryptosporidium.

The Clear Comfort Cares Program donation will include everything needed for a simple and complete AOP system installation. Clear Comfort will work with local service providers to help minimize installation costs. Clear Comfort’s network of top-notch service companies will have the opportunity to nominate their customers’ facility as long as they contribute the installation services as part of their nomination.
