Today is the final day to post comments on the proposed changes to the Model Aquatic Health Code.
The Council for the Model Aquatic Health Code had extended the comments and voting period for the proposed changes following requests from members for additional time to provide comments.
In early October, industry professionals gathered in Scottsdale, Ariz. before the World Aquatic Health Conference to discuss the 150 proposed changes. The CMAHC added two additional periods: one period for substantive changes and the other to provide background information or to gain clarifications to help members with their votes or to correct errors.
Voting on the proposed MAHC changes will take place Nov. 21 to Dec. 20.
