Nice Cream
This recipe really is nice for your body and for your taste buds!
- Chop 3 bananas into small pieces and freeze them overnight
- In a blender mix frozen bananas with 1 cup almond milk (or soy or rice or other milk)
- Add 2 tbsp almond butter or nut butter
- Optional: Add your choice of the following: cinnamon, vanilla extract, cocao powder or other favorite ice cream flavor
- Blend until smooth

For adults who want a cooling beverage poolside, make a sorbet mimosa!
- Please two scoops of sorbet in a cup or, if you want to be fancy, a champagne flute
- Pour champagne over the sorbet
Pina Colada Ice Cream
This recipe takes the flavors of Pina Colada and turns them into a healthier-than-regular-ice-cream treat. Throw the following ingredients into a blender for two minutes and enjoy!
- 1 can coconut milk (I used Thai Organic)1 frozen banana
- 1 vanilla bean (whole) 1tsp extract would work well too
- 3 cups pineapple diced
- 2 T liquid sweetener (optional)

Brownie Ice Cream Bars
This recipe from Delish is perfect for chocolate lovers.
- Combine brownie mix, butter, espresso powder, and vanilla
- Press brownie batter onto parchment-lined sheet pan
- Freeze for 1 hour
- Halve frozen brownies crosswise
- Scoop ice cream over one half and spread evenly
- Place other brownie half on top of ice cream
- Freeze on pan for 4 hours
- Slice into squares
